Janey Tracey is the author of the forthcoming novel TRUE BELIEVER (Mariner Books, 2027). She has an MFA in Fiction from Columbia University, where she taught undergraduate writing. Her work has appeared in Fiction, CRAFT, Ploughshares, and Entertainment Weekly, and has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and Best American Short Stories. She has worked many strange jobs, including writing for a UFO website and pretending to be a chatbot for a networking app. She lives in Queens, New York.
